We currently have very high demand for our products, which may mean that the delivery time may be slightly longer.

When you order from vevradiobutiken.se (Vevradiobutiken i Skandinavien AB organization number 559393-1313) you agree to all purchase and delivery conditions stated below.

1. Buy

A purchase has been made when you as a customer have received an order confirmation to your e-mail address. If there is anything you want to change in your order, you must contact us immediately after your order at info@vevradiobutiken.se

Remember to keep your order confirmation! It is your receipt for purchases from us.

2. Payment

We offer several different ways to pay for your products via our partners. You can choose to pay with debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

3. Price

Our prices include VAT at 25%.

4. Delivery

The delivery time for stock items is 10-14 working days from when the order has been placed. Right now we have a high load and the interest in our products is very high, therefore your delivery may take approx. 2 weeks.

An administrative fee of SEK 249 is charged for untried goods. This fee is charged if you do not collect your package or if you provide incorrect address information which causes the package to be sent back to us. Be very careful to always enter the correct name & delivery address, you yourself are responsible if the address is incorrect and the goods do not reach you. If you need to change your name or delivery address after your package has been sent, we can help with this for an administrative fee of SEK 249

5. Right of withdrawal / Open purchase

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer of vevradiobutiken.se always have the right to withdraw from the agreement by returning your goods to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in new condition, in the original packaging with any patches and labels intact. You must pack the product carefully so that both the product and the packaging are protected during transport. If the product and/or the packaging is not returned in new condition, we have the right to refuse your return or make a deduction for a reduction in value. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Your return must reach us no later than 14 from the day you notified us that you exercised your right of withdrawal. 6. Reservations

Vevradiobutiken.se reserves itself for changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from its suppliers, misspellings or other errors that are beyond vevradiobutiken.se's control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

7. Delivery Delays

Sometimes delivery delays may occur. If that happens, vevradiobutiken.se waives all responsibility for compensation to you as a customer for any damage that the delay may have caused.

8. Force Majeure

Should unforeseen events that are beyond vevradiobutiken.se's control occur (for example war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and other comparable events) and these events mean that vevradiobutiken.se cannot fulfill its agreement with you as a customer, vevradiobutiken is released .se from this due to the above reasons.

9. The transport risk

Should your package get lost or damaged during shipping to you, vevradiobutiken.se is responsible for this. In the event of a return to vevradiobutiken.se, you together with the chosen forwarder are responsible for the shipping. If your return does not arrive at vevradiobutiken.se, you must pay for your order.

10. Damaged goods

We appreciate it if you notify us as soon as possible after receiving damaged goods, but this must be done no later than one week after receiving your order.

11. Personal data

We comply with the data protection regulation GDPR. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in accordance with GDPR in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. 12. Customer Service

Vevradiobutiken.se offers customer service via email and social media. You can reach us via our contact form and we answer questions from our customers within 12 hours during working days.

13. Cancel an order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been confirmed. However, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal/open purchase, see point 5 for more info.

15. Gift cards

Our gift cards are digital and are sent out by email to the person who buys a gift card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vevradiobutiken.se applies the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The changed conditions are considered accepted in connection with ordering.
